Excellent product, works perfectly with custom order numbers, allows everything I needed including default customer sync (to prevent my QBO from being flooded with new customers) tax mapping for Canada, inventory sync, and so much more. I needed a bit of support getting it going but I had a response from a very helpful person almost immediately!

I have used many different syncing systems for all sorts of software, as part of my IT job is to evaluate software. The solution by myworks is definitely top notch. I have tested it with both Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online. There is a small amount of configuration required, which is important to take your time with. After that, there is very little to no babysitting required. It works as advertised and works well.

MyWorks sync has saved us roughly 20 hours of data entry per week in about 5 hours of set up and configuration. If that isn’t worth the monthly fee then I’m not sure what is. On top of that, customer service has been fantastic! Always a response on the same day.
